Aerial Basics
Tuesdays 6-7 pm
Thursdays 7-8pm
Sundays 1-2pm
This class focuses on learning basics skills on fabric, lyra and trapeze. Each class begins with a warm up and stretching and then focuses on skill transfer on two apparatuses. All students registered for a pack of classes receive a curriculum list. When the student can show proficiency in the basics curriculum and the necessary strength and endurance, they can move to the intermediate class with instructor approval.
Intermediate Aerials
Thursdays 8-9pm
Sundays 2-3 pm
This class is for students who have learned the aerial basics curriculum, understand aerial vocabulary, and have the stamina and strength for more advanced tricks. This class will begin with a warm up and stretching, then move onto to skills and technique, and usually will end with endurance work.
Open Gyms
8-9 pm Thursdays
3-4 pm Sundays
Aerials skills take practice and open gyms are the perfect way to train between classes, at your own pace. Check our Facebook page periodically for surprise open gyms and two-for-one open gyms!
