The Flying Trapeze Resource Page has lots of aerial advice and resources; Ludwig also makes great outdoor aerial rigs.
Instructional Books
Firetoys in the UK sells aerial books here; these books are often hard to find in the US.
Carrie Heller's The Aerial Circus Safety and Training Manual is a must for aerialsts. Over 1,ooo photos with step-by-step instructions, it's a perfect resource, especially for trapeze.
DVD's
